5. How do you handle image licensing and rights?
AMA_Visuals_Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images. If images are purchased the client then is granted a non-exclusive, personal print release. This allows for personal printing. Commercial use, sale, alteration, or submission to publications with out written consent is prohibited.
6. How do you ensure ethical treatment of wildlife in photos?
Whenever I come across wildlife during my photo shoots, I always consider the well being of the animal and its home above getting a picture.
I keep my distance, don't disturb any nests, etc, Stay on the trail and keep quiet so not to scare them.
